CHAPTER 4 Word it Out! This activity will find out how computers have become advantageous and disadvantageous to you as student. 1. Answers the given questions. a. As a student, what benefits do you get from using computers? The use of computers makes different task easier. It also saves time and effort and reduces the overall cost to complete a particular task. Computer can be used as great educational tool. Students can have access to all sort of information to the internet. As student, computer plays a vital role in transforming the educational system which provides better opportunity for advance, enhance and progressive learning. It creates learning more meaningful and interactive. It helps me a lot in terms of doing my requirements. It makes my works become easier because in just a click of finger there have an instant answer, all I have to do is to validate and analyze the results. It provides me many resources that allow me to get reliable information. Technology enhances my knowledge, skills and behavior. b. What disadvantages do you get from using computers? The disadvantages of computer for me as student it makes me lazy. Most of the time, I rely more on computer rather than to think that can cause to make my memory inactive. Computers, ruin my life because my time for doing my requirements most of the time I consumed my time in playing games and browsing in different social media sites. In addition, computer can harm my health in my long time being exposed in computer. 2. Use a WORDLE to capsulize your answer to the given questions. This activity will summarize the discussion on the impact that ICT and the computers have played in the different events in the evolution of computers.

Using the table below, enumerate the impact of the ICT and computers in the way you learn today. Furthermore, foresee changes and the development of ICT and computers that will happen from 2020 until 2025.
